  • For other returns, customers may need to pay for return shipping.
  • Please use a secure and trackable shipping method to avoid any loss during transit.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement item once we receive the returned product.
  • Product availability applies for exchanges.
